How do I log in to my account for the first time? What should I do if I don’t receive the invitation email?

If you are the administrator, you will receive an email when your account is created. Follow the link to create your password. If you are a user in the system, ask the administrator to give you access.

What navigation views and access points does the platform offer?

The main modules are available from the menu on the left side of the dashboard. The nine-dot administration menu in the upper-right corner also lets you view all Aragro modules.

What if I forget my password?

Go to the home page and select Recover my password. You will receive an email with instructions to reset your password.

What is the Farm and crop cycle tab for?

When you change the farm and crop cycle, the dashboard shows the information for the selected farm and cycle.

Why isn’t my farm information showing on the dashboard?

Make sure that the farm and crop cycle you want to see on the dashboard are selected.

Can I change or customize the dashboard?

The dashboard is not customizable at this time. However, it could be considered for future improvements.

Do I need to install any software or app on my computer to use Aragro?

No. Aragro is a cloud-based system; you only need an internet connection and a browser, preferably Chrome.

Is there a recommended browser for using Aragro?

Ideally, use Chrome. However, Aragro is compatible with different web browsers.

How many menus or access points are there for Aragro’s different modules?

The main menu on the left contains the primary modules. In the upper-right corner, next to your username, the nine-dot administration menu has more options.

The blue + quick-access button also lets you quickly view modules of interest.
