Can I have different crops in a field?
No. A field can have one crop but different varieties. However, there is a solution.
What are KML and KMZ files?
They are files used to view the digital geographic context needed to import maps and fields into Aragro. They provide the geographic location of your farm and may include the division of its fields.
What are plant density and effective plants?
Plant density refers to how many plants there are per hectare, or per unit of measurement for your field. For example, there may be 5 plants per hectare. Effective plants refers to the total number of plants in the field; following that example, if the field measures 2 hectares, it has 10 effective plants.
What types of crops are supported?
GRANULAR currently supports more than 230 crop subspecies and adds new ones all the time. From all row crops to most specialty crops, it is likely to support what you grow on your farm. Contact us to confirm whether your specific crop combination is supported.
Why doesn’t the crop variety appear in my download template?
Always create your crop variety before uploading, so that it appears in the template options.
